This is the privacy policy for seositeauditor.com, operated by SEO Site Auditor. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

What this site collects

Browsing this website does not require you to give us anything. There is no account to create and no newsletter signup. Running the free audit only sends the website address you type to Google's PageSpeed Insights service, which tests the page and returns four scores. No personal details are involved.

If you ask for the full report, you give us your name, business name, email address, and optionally a phone number. That goes into our customer records system, GoHighLevel, so we can send the report, follow up, and remember what We talked about. We do not sell it or add you to any third party list.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs of requests made to the site. Those logs include IP addresses and are used to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

This site currently runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Booking a call uses Calendly, embedded on this site. The calendar only loads once you scroll down to it. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email, and any details you type in. That information comes to us so we can meet you at the right time. Calendly has its own privacy policy covering its part.

What happens when you contact us

If you call, email, or book a time, we keep what you send us so we can reply and do the work. That means your name, your contact details, your business, and whatever you tell us about it.

We use it to answer you and to deliver work you hire us for. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not helping us deliver your project.

Who else sees it

A short list of services we use to run the business. Email and calendar providers, the hosting provider, and payment processing if you become a client. Each of them sees only what they need to do their part.

We will hand over information if the law requires it. That is the only exception.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere get deleted within about a year. Client records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax, which in practice means several years.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@seositeauditor.com and we will do it. You do not need a reason and we will not make it difficult.

Your browser also lets you block or clear cookies. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.

Children

This is a business to business website. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Meaningful changes get a note here explaining what moved.
