These terms cover using this website and working with SEO Site Auditor. A signed proposal or written agreement for a specific project overrides anything here that conflicts with it.

What we do

We design and build websites, and we do local search and AI search optimisation work, for local service businesses across the United States. That is the whole service.

Pricing

The website audit and the review call are free. If you hire us to fix or build a website, we quote the actual scope of the project before any work begins. The number of pages, content needs, and integrations affect the price.

Ongoing hosting, care and search work is quoted alongside the build and billed monthly in advance. You see the project cost and any ongoing fee before you decide.

Prices quoted can change over time. A change never applies to work already agreed, and existing clients get notice before a monthly rate moves.

Cancelling

There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel the monthly plan whenever you want and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no exit fee.

If you cancel, you keep the website. We will hand over the files and help you move them to a host of your choosing. Reasonable help with the handover is included. Rebuilding the site on a different platform is not.

Who owns what

Once you have paid for the build, the website is yours. The design, the content, and the code, for that site.

The underlying components and methods we use to build sites stay ours, and we use them again on other projects. You own your site. You do not own our toolkit.

Anything you give us stays yours. Your logo, photos, text, and business information. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us use them to build and promote your site.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your site as an example of our work.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, phone calls, or revenue. Nobody honestly can. Search engines and AI tools change what they show without warning, and your competitors are working too.

What we commit to is the work itself, done properly, and a monthly report with the real numbers so you can judge it for yourself.

What we need from you

Timely answers, and the information the project needs. Most delays come from waiting on photos or a service list. If a project stalls on your side for more than 60 days, we may close it and invoice for the work done to that point.

Payment

Build invoices are due as set out in your proposal. Monthly plans bill in advance. If payment fails and stays unpaid, we may pause the service, and we will tell you before we do.

Liability

We do this work carefully and we stand behind it. That said, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third party services

Your site depends on services we do not control, including the host, the domain registrar, and search engines. We choose reliable ones. We are not responsible for their outages or their policy changes.

Using this website

The content on this site is ours. Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not copy it wholesale to run your own agency with.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
